In order to get the support of the alliance, the project must correspond to the global goals and current objectives of the organization. All projects are being verified by the alliance directorate, and can also undergo an expert assessment of one of the specialized partners.
We are open for dialogue with any project initiators, while in order to increase the efficiency of BRICS, we convincingly ask to use the application system for the project within our platform. In case of active participation, applying for consultations and multiple submission of applications, the applicant of the project should be the current founder or partner.

Legally the alliance is an international non -profit organization registered in the Russian Federation, one of the members of the BRICS. The organization is open to the entry of new members and provides two main formats — the founder and partner. The formats differ in the size of mandatory contributions, obligations for active participation and opportunities in terms of decision -making within the alliance.
The founders take part in the regular council of the Alliance, can affect the process of adopting new founders or partners. Partners are deprived of the need to participate in formal events, and at the same time fully participate in the formation of the agenda of the alliance projects.
