On March 3, 2026, a ceremonial celebration marking the 10th anniversary of the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization “International Alliance of Strategic Projects BRICS” took place in Moscow. The anniversary evening was held in the Avanzal of the Hall of Church Councils of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior and brought together representatives of government authorities, the diplomatic corps, the business community, as well as Russian and international partners of the organization.
The event began with a formal reception and welcoming of guests. Administrators assisted participants throughout the evening, and guests had the opportunity to take commemorative photographs at the anniversary photo banner and in a themed photo zone. The festive atmosphere was created by the Symphony Orchestra of the International Alliance of Strategic Projects BRICS conducted by Sergey Georgievich Proskurin. A buffet reception was arranged for the guests, while archival photos and video materials dedicated to the history of the Alliance and its key projects were shown on the screens.
Among the invited guests were representatives of the Government of the Russian Federation, officials of the Presidential Administration, representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, the leadership of MGIMO University, as well as Ambassadors Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the BRICS member states. The evening was also attended by representatives of international and Russian business, public organizations, media representatives, as well as friends, partners, and well-known public and media figures associated with the Alliance.
The official part of the evening was opened by the President of the Alliance, Larisa Nikolaevna Zelentsova. In her welcoming remarks, she thanked the guests for attending the anniversary celebration and highlighted the key milestones in the development of the Alliance over the past ten years. Particular attention in her speech was devoted to the Alliance’s main achievements from 2016 to 2026. During this period, the organization implemented a number of significant international projects, expanded its partnership network, and strengthened cooperation with government institutions, business associations, and public organizations. The speech emphasized the mission of the Alliance — to develop international cooperation, support strategic initiatives, and strengthen business and humanitarian ties between countries.
One of the central moments of the evening was the award ceremony. As part of the anniversary program, commemorative medals, honorary certificates, and letters of appreciation were presented to partners and participants of the Alliance’s projects. Each award was accompanied by a brief presentation of the recipients’ achievements. After the ceremony, guests shared congratulations and warm words addressed to the organization.
Violetta Nikolaevna Medvedeva, Chairwoman of the Board of the Russian Peace Foundation, delivered congratulations on the 10th anniversary of the International Alliance of Strategic Projects BRICS from Leonid Eduardovich Slutsky, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs of the Russian Federation. She also presented a Letter of Appreciation and the Honorary Badge “For Peace” to the Founder and President of the Alliance, Larisa Nikolaevna Zelentsova.
Awards of the Russian Peace Foundation were also presented to representatives of foreign countries: Mr. Don-Mello Senin Ahoua Jacob, Vice President of IASP BRICS; Mr. Milos Dobrijevic, Representative of IASP BRICS in Serbia; and Mr. Aleksandar Vulin, Serbian public and political figure and Chairman of the Council of the Russian Historical Society Representative Office in Belgrade.
Honorary badges of the Russian Peace Foundation were also awarded to His Excellency Mr. Ibrahim Traoré, President of Burkina Faso, and His Excellency Mr. Faustin-Archange Touadéra, President of the Central African Republic.

A Letter of Appreciation from the Russian-Chinese Chamber was also presented to Mr. Li Shenggeng, Executive Vice President of the International Alliance and its representative in the People’s Republic of China.
The Russia–Mongolia Cooperation Business Council of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation presented Letters of Appreciation to Mr. Erdene-Ochir Enkhtur, Chairman of the Board of the NGO “Silk Business Association of Central Asia Investors” (Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia), and Ms. Galya Mazhig, Member of the Board of Directors of the “Silk Business Association of Central Asia Investors” and Director for International Relations at BLUE SKY GATE International Trading Platform LLC (Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia).
Maxim Anatolyevich Zakharov, Chairman of the International Cooperation Committee of Delovaya Rossiya, presented letters of appreciation of the Committee for assistance in implementing projects in the trade, industrial and scientific-technical spheres, the development of investment cooperation, and strengthening international business relations of the Russian Federation. The awards were presented to:
