Russian President Vladimir Putin in his speech emphasized that Russia has always paid and will pay paramount attention to cooperation with the countries of Africa. Russia and the countries of Africa are opposed by neocolonial ideology imposed from outside, he added.
“They are convinced that Africa will become one of the leaders of the emerging new multipolar world order - there are all objective prerequisites for this,” the President of the Russian Federation said.
Our relations have always been built on a disinterested basis, on the principles of mutual respect and non -interference in internal affairs. For our country, the African continent has never been a subject of mercantile interest, the use of labor and raw materials, which not to say about the United States and European states, ”said the Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin in his speech.
“Russia is a powerful country, Russians are a great people. Russia is led by the great president and statesman, ”said Siprian Cassama, chairman of the National People's Assembly of the Republic of Gvinea-Bisau. “We are always on his side, we are in solidarity, because we see that President Vladimir Putin, the Russian people, in spite of everything, continue the policy of supporting other countries.
